UnderstandingUnderstanding and Influencing Your Parliament Conference (part 1)  21/11/2009 download
The Conference took place in the Parliament’s Debating Chamber, and will consist of a series of short presentations by keynote speakers on: “The Scottish Parliament and How It Works”, “Real Life Experiences and Issues”, and “The Challenges of Participation”. Keynote speakers included, Paul Grice, Chief Executive / Clerk of the Scottish Parliament and Bruce Crawford MSP, Scottish Government Minister for Parliamentary Business. Other MSPs taking part include Margo MacDonald MSP, Patrick Harvie MSP, convenor of the Parliament’s Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change Committee, and Frank McAveety MSP, convenor of the Parliament’s Public Petitions Committee.
